Terms & Conditions



Please read these terms carefully before using or accessing this site. By using or accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Tim The Toyman may amend these terms at any time and all amendments will take effect immediately on posting of the amended terms. You should also refer to the Privacy Policy for users.


How do I shop online with Tim The Toyman?

Step 1:

Select the products you wish you purchase by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button.

Step 2:

When you have selected everything you wish to purchase click the ‘Checkout’ button.

Step 3: Complete your purchase by following the steps and paying for your purchase.

What are Tim The Toyman’s shipping rates & charges?


All Orders placed online are charged a flat Australia wide shipping rate of $10 (including GST). For all orders outside of Australia please contact Tim The Toyman on Ph: +61 7 3630 2510 for a quote.


How long will my order take to arrive?


Your order should be delivered in approximately 5-7 days from ordering from date of order. For Messenger Bears and special orders please allow 28 days for delivery or as advised for that product. If you order multiple items and they are not all in stock, we will advise you of their anticipated arrival times, and seek your delivery instructions. For items not readily available, we'll provide ongoing estimated ship and delivery time frames. All our estimates are based on business days and assume that shipping and delivery don't occur on holidays and weekends.

Please note: that orders are unable to be cancelled when they have been picked and packed and ready for delivery or they are in the process of being delivered.


Please provide order reference number in any communication.


What is your returns policy for online orders?

At Tim The Toyman we will happily exchange or refund orders, within 7 days of the receipt of order by you, provided the goods are faulty, do not do what they are supposed to do, or are significantly different to that shown or described to you. To return something you must first tell us. We will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.

At Tim The Toyman we will not provide a refund or exchange in circumstances where an incorrect choice has been made.


How can I pay for my online order?


You can pay by credit card. More information on each of these methods can be found below.


Unfortunately we do not accept cheques or money orders.

During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details.


Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards


We accept Tim The Toyman Gift Vouchers as payment for Tim The Toyman Online orders. During the checkout process simply choose to pay with a gift voucher. If your order value exceeds your gift voucher value, we'll email you to ask how you would like to pay for the balance. We can not issue refunds if your order value is less than your gift voucher value. To purchase a Tim The Toyman Gift voucher please click on the voucher link on the home page.




At Tim The Toyman we consider the security of your information to be of paramount importance. We have implemented security measures designed to provide the peace of mind you should expect when purchasing goods over the internet. When you place an order, our secure server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to connect to our website, which encrypts all the information sent from your PC. From our website we use a payment gateway called eway. Tim The Toyman Online uses eway's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 256 bit encryption technology.


A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
